Ways to increase the body’s resistance to disease

Dairy foods
Dairy foods are known as probiotics according to science. Such as- yogurt, whey, lamb etc.

Vitamin B and C foods
Milk and liver contain vitamin B. Lemons, mangoes, oranges, citrus fruits and guavas contain vitamin C.

Do not eat too much rice
Excess rice or sugary foods can be converted into fat after entering the body.

Regular physical activity
Physical activity is associated with increased immunity in the body. Every part of the body works when a person is physically active & do exercise.
